All PROFESSIONAL was a student project at first but became so much more than that. Within a team of five students with a multidisciplinary offer, I am in charge of the communication department with another colleague and we make sure that the professional network is active on different scales.
The network is a platform that will give the different actors the opportunity to facilitate their search for jobs, internships, trainees or employees. The expertise and the professionalism of each actor will make all of them happy.

UNDIZ

seller
April 2017 - December 2017
In order to finance my current studies, I had to find a student job. I have always worked as a student but this time was quite different.
Undiz was never the company where I wanted to work but in the obligation of finding a job I applied for the job of a seller and I got it right away.
My previous professional experiences in the sale and the mass retail field made me an interesting candidate for the job.
Adjusting to the different task and especially the already existing only girl team was quite complicated. The workload was huge and the responsibilities pretty serious.
I eventually learned through the weeks and became a good seller. I realized that I was pretty good at it and the relationships with the customer were something I really liked. Realized those things made me more confident and eventually better at my job.
And one day, life played me and with the change of the team, I became the only trained and effective employee of the store. Despite myself, I became someone within the company that I never expected. I managed the team in order to achieve the financial goals we had every day, training the new employees in order to make them good at their job... From one day to another I became something important in the company and the store could not work without me. It was such an important responsibility. Felling important was such a great feeling but also a stressful one.
This experience was one of the best I had because not only I learned so much professionally speaking but also learned a lot about myself and what I was capable of.

erasmus breakfast
organizator
2016 / 2017
During my second- year of bachelor, I had to do a sort of short internship and I found it within the university.
Every year, the school organized an event so students can interact with people that went abroad the year before for a semester or a year. This event is called the Erasmus breakfast.
I applied to be in charge of organizing it and I got the job with another colleague. This experience was very enriching because I had the opportunity of pursuing the project from A to Z.
From the logistics tasks to the communication ones, it was very interesting and formative.
In order to promote the event, along with my colleague we created posters and invitations that were a success.
This event based on sharing and interacting was a success like I said the first year so we did it again the next year and it was once again a great experience.

Supervising
2011 - 2018
I started working pretty young. I was 14 when I first babysitted. I always was fascinated by kids. I actually wanted to be a pediatrician before orienting myself in the economics and social path in high school. It turned out it was natural to me to take care of kids from any age or social background. Once again, I had to adjust to any child, situation, habits, family or custom. Seeing the child grow up was amazing and so interesting. It was also a challenge because I always had to be creative and find new activities that would fit their needs and expectations.
As a camp supervisor, I had to do the same. the relationship was once again different because I was representing the authority. I was not only the entertainer. The organization was also different as well as the rules.
Tutoring regrouped the same needs. Teaching was inspiring to me, seeing the improvements was so rewarding. I taught foreign languages to kids and adults. Surprisingly teaching to kids was so much easier.

2013 / 2014 / 2015 / 2016
Like I shared with you before, I worked in different companies, doing different jobs in order to finance my studies.
When I came back from my year in the USA, the fact that I was bilingual allowed me to find a job quickly despite my lack of professional experiences. I started as a hostess, translator, and interpreter in the Mondial Chocolate Festival in Paris for the company: Maison Becam, to promote their new product: Chocoroi.
It lasted only a week so after this very interesting and enriching job, I found another one which was as a cashier in the mass retail industry. I worked in Super U or Carrefour and those quite challenging jobs made me stronger. It was not always easy to go to work and face angry customers or rude ones but I made it work and I still keep a great memory of it despite the difficulty.

evolis
2015
Evolis is a big successful company in the region, it was such an honor to work there during two months.
Not knowing what I wanted to do, the first month I was part of the sales department. As my coordinator, I had the head of the department which was very interesting and enriching. During the month I got to see what each employee with different status had as responsibilities in their job.
Surprisingly, the team gave me different projects to do which was a bit stressful but so much rewarding. They considered me as their team member like anyone else which made me feel comfortable and allowed me to really see how the corporate culture was there.
In the second part of the internship, I moved to the communication department. Within the department, I worked alongside with different people specialized for some of them in marketing or in advertising and others in events for example.Seeing and working in different fields of communication was such a great experience. I helped to create brochures and poster, participated in the organization of important events... Everyone made me feel like a professional.
